It's Super Cool Being Able to Work With My Wife

I must say that it has been super-cool to work along with my wife. She's doing her thing in the hospital and then when she comes home, we talk about her day and we chill and produce fitness and health and wellness products to enhance the lives of others.

We started out with the Working Out With Rhadi Project, which has helped numerous people lose weight and get in shape. It is super popular with the jet-setters, the stay at home moms, the salesperson who can't find a gym, and the people who are squeezed for time and just need to get in a good workout to stay in shape and feel great.

This project was shot right in my home so that you could see exactly how I workout when I'm strapped for time. There's also an example of how my wife makes the adjustments for her so that you can see the workout is for everybody. People have been making some radical changes to their bodies and the health with this program.

It was a quick, fast and dirty :-) DVD but it packed the same power as a good ole' sucker punch.

Sometimes the "delightfulness" is in the details. This is one of those cases.

And, Rufus' (our son) made his DVD debut in this video :-)

After the first project, we decided that we had to take Bodyweight Training to ANOTHER level. So we started scripting, laying out and structuring The Backyard Workout. The key to this project was that we wanted to make sure that EVERY person at EVERY fitness level could use this workout from our parents to Olympians is available here. And, there more exercises with and in-depth explanation of "how" and "why" each exercise is there and the purpose it serves.

It really was a fun project to make a good one to get finished. Now Traci is working on her first solo project called "The 21 Secrets To Amazing Health". I haven't seen it but I'm looking forward to reading it myself

I guess that's it for now. We could certainly use your support on the projects. We really have been trying to put out the best products possible to help other live a healthier lifestyle. Exericse should be a "way of life", especially if you want to be around for a long time to see you children and your grandchildren grow up.

If you get up everyday, you should exercise at least 20-30 minutes a day. C'mon, it's easy. And, I forgot to mention. Inside of the Backyard Workout is the WORLD'S EASIEST DIET. If you can't follow this eating program, then you just don't want to get the most out of yourself. We've basically made a "Do Not Add To The Shopping Cart List" so that you know what you should or should not buy and you know exactly what you should or should not eat.

Ladies, you can photocopy this chart, jam it in your pocketbook and carry it everywhere you go. Fellas, you can copy this, fold it up, put it in your pants or coat pocket and just follow the chart. It's that easy.

Well, that's all for now. If you're really into fitness like I am, make sure you stop by The Strength and Conditioning King Website and pick up the Free ebook and audio files I'm giving away.

Take care,

Rhadi Ferguson (better known as Rufus' Dad)

P.S. Thanks in advance for your support.

Our next project is here!

Rhadi and I have been working on this new project for the past several months....our newest edition....The Backyard Workout.

The Backyard Workout is an amazing mix of the "best of" Rhadi and Traci. This workout package will give you the flexibility to go at your own pace. Whether you're just starting out and want a workout that will cater to your fitness level or whether you've been working out for years and want a new challenging workout, you will be able to customize the workout to fit your needs.

Rhadi and I first came up with the idea of The Backyard Workout after we finished our first project---The Working Out with Rhadi DVD. We wanted to design a workout that could fit anyone's schedule and anyone's fitness level. The beginner workout program will take you through the basic movements and enable anyone...young or old...to complete it.

I recommend that if you are just starting out with exercise....first see your physician. Get your blood checked and make sure you're in good enough shape to start working out. Then start with the beginner workout program. If you're like Rhadi and are an Olympic level or elite athlete then by all means, start with the Advanced workout or even the Elite workout....but beware...the Elite workout can even bring a grown man to his knees, literally!

We want to give you a comprehensive workout package, with a customized workout plan, a fool-proof food plan that will dissolve the pounds away and get you in excellent shape...ready for the upcoming summer months.

So check out the Backyard Workout now and get started on your personalized workout program TODAY!

Take care,
Traci....better known as Rufus' Mom
