Queston for the ladies: Does The Thought Of You In A Bikini Terrify You?

If you want some great advice on how to get that 6 PACK
THAT has been escaping you for years, just watch THIS VIDEO

Let's be honest.

You've done this...

You know you have....

You've gone online or to the store and have
tried to find the most flattering one-piece
bathing suit that you could find.

You told yourself that you would be "bikini-ready"
by the summer? fall? or New Year? and what has
happened is just the opposite.

You are "one-piece" ready.

And you and I know that you want to fit back into that
bikini again.

You can make every excuse that you want to make.

You know them....

* I've had kids.............
* I don't have no time................
* It's too hard to cook my own meals...........
* I'm a single parent and when I come home from work......................
* My man loves my curves............

And everything in between. Look!

You need to make the change and make the adjustment
and stop being scared of the bikini.

For most of you reading this I'm going to be completely
honest with you.

You are ONLY 8, 10, or 12 weeks away from a sexy
waistline and a six pack.

Most of you reading this have done things in your
lives wayyyyyyyy more important than this.

Really.

Many of you have a good job, qualities kids, good
education and a humble abode. So you have
done other things which are not easy and have
accomplished them.

This REALLY isn't that hard, when you follow these
steps >>> CLICK HERE <<<

And it's really not that difficult when you think that you
could literally meet your goal in 10 to 12 weeks.

Training for a 1/2 marathon takes 10 to 12 weeks and training
for a FULL marathon takes 12 to 18 weeks.

All I am saying is this. YOU CAN MOST CERTAINLY DO
IT and it will do WONDERS for you self esteem, your health
and your love life.

Give it a try.....

Why not walk in the mall, into the store and get online
and shop for a bikini.

You most certainly should or should at least have it as a
personal option ;-)

You CANNOT EXERCISE your way to a 6 Pack, you have to eat your way to a 6 Pack

Just recently a young man asked me:

"What exercises do I need to do in order
to get a 6 pack. I've done cruches, the
ab roller at the gym and I've bought that
wheel roller thingy that you get on your
knees and roll out on but all that is not
working to get this fat off so I can be
ripped!"

I smiled and said, "You answered your
question within your question."

See none of that stuff works at GETTING THE
FAT OFF.

In order to get the fat OFF you need to
severely change your diet.

Working out. Lifting weights and doing
cardio are all supplemental things.

THE MAIN THING is watching what you
eat. Paying attention to what time that you
eat and monitoring HOW MUCH you eat.

That's it.

It's not about eating "healthy" its about
eating for the function of losing fat and losing
weight.

=================
Did You Know This?
=================

Did you know that if you body fat is 15% or above
that it is almost impossible for you to see your
6pack. You have to get your body fat percentage
lower than that if you want to see your abs.

And that's good to know. Because, who really
wants to have 20, 30, 40 percent body fat.

Some people do, but it's not what they rally want.

So do yourself a favor and CHANGE your diet
and CHANGE your life.

You can find out what to eat, when to eat it and
how much to eat, by watching this PHREE video

Is Getting A 6 Pack REALLY Worth It?

If you want some great advice on how to get that 6 PACK
THAT has been escaping you for years, just watch THIS VIDEO

Somebody asked me the other day.... "Is getting a
6 pack really worth it. And my reply was.....
"No not really."

But then again.....Looking great is. :-)

Now the question is.... Do you wanna look "average"
or look "great".

I'm sure if you ask your partner, your spouse or
your mate, they'll tell you some bullsmith like,
"Oh honey you look fine just the way you are."

And then they will go to the grocery store
and do a double take at the man or woman
on the front of the magazine or worse yet,
stare a little too hard or too long at somebody
who doesn't look like you.

And then you will have a problem because you
will deal with the "cost" of something that
you didn't think was "worth" investing in.

And so there you have it.

Is it worth it? No.

It it worth it to me? Yes!

Confessions of an Obese (Former) Athlete

================
Introduction
================

Man, I tell you what, I can still remember how much
I weighed when I got to college.

I was 188lbs.

When I graduated from college I was 218.

I had a good career as a Judo Player and even went to the
Olympics in 2004. The weight class in which I competed
was the 220lb weight class, but I only weighed 218lbs and
never had to cut weight.

After the Olympics I gained some weight and hovered around
in the 220s. Then, the 230s and then I decided that I wanted
to fight in Mixed Martial Arts.

I did a couple of fights and then fought on Showtime in January
of 2011 for an organization by the name of Strikeforce. I fought
in the 205lb weight class.

One month after that I was tipping the scales at a whopping 246lbs.

Now I need not tell you that 246lbs is a lot of weight.

I should be around the 212-218 range at all times, buuuuuuuuut,
I really like barbeque ribs and Ben and Jerry's "Chunky Monkey"
Ice Cream. :-)

Also I just workout and eat what I want..... well, I used to until......

Age Has A Way Of Changing
Your Perception
+++++++++++++++++++++

When I passed the age of 35, things started getting very difficult
for me. The weight just DID NOT "fall off" like it used to.

It was work.

I mean REALLLLLLL work.

But it was something that I was able to work on. I mean, I had
to.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The number one predictor
of living long is being lean. The leaner you are, the better chance
you have at living longer.

====================
But why......why the 6 pack
====================

Hell, if you are going to be lean.... you may as well look good
while doing it and I always need to have a goal. If I don't my
workouts and training are done before I even start.

So, even though I have my way, I decided to try a new
way and it works like a charm.

It works soooo good that I'm on a quest to find a better way
and to come up with one. But as of right now, THIS IS THE
BEST way that I know of to come up with a quality 6 pack
