On the road again.......

Well, I'm back on the road. I'm in DC for a meeting and right now I am at my parents house. It's always good to spend some time with the "fam" :-)

I woke up this morning at 4:45am, got dressed and went downstairs and commenced to working out. I would have loved to go outside, but it's FREAKING 40 degrees in the morning up here in Maryland. That's a lot more chilly than a pleasing and relaxing and soothing and warming and lovely 86 degrees like in Boca Raton :-)

So I did my workout inside this morning. After that, I had breakfast which consisted of (drum roll please)

Egg whites....
Chicken Breast..... and
A tablespoon of salsa on the side.

And 2 cups of decaf coffee just to "warm up the bones" because its so doggone chilly here.

I'm looking forward to my meeting today and using the DC Metro Subway system. It's been a long time since I used the metrorail, I'm kinda looking forward to getting on there and "people watching."

It's always interesting and I don't think that today will be any different.
